Details: MS Projects is the lead development manager over the industrial estate. MS Projects role is to secure new tenants and provide purpose built warehouses to industrial users.

Current Status: The estate civil works including 1.5 km road were completed in 2006 and since then we have designed and delivered 7 buildings ranging from 450m2 to 8,000 m2. Construction is about to commence on Building #8 and there is 10 ha of vacant land available for pre-commitments.

Current Status: Development Approval has been issued for 123 lots ranging in size from 4,000m2 to 5,000m2. Construction anticipated commencing September 2009 and Stage 1 release of 79 lots will be available for sale.
